Brentford coach: Visa misses Sunderland, the club doesn t want to lose him

Sky Sports reported that Brentford coach Andrews confirmed that forward Visa will not participate in the Premier League match against Sunderland this weekend. Despite this, he still hopes that Visa will stay in the club.

Previously, Andrews had expressed his hope that Visa, who left the team, may play in the game against Aston Villa last weekend, but Visa was not selected for the roster in the end. Andrews explained that he would rather focus on players who are fully committed to the game.

Visa has had a dispute with the club over her desire to transfer to Newcastle, but he has resumed training over the past week. Newcastle has made a offer twice to buy the striker, and the latest offer of up to £40 million was also rejected.

"My position has not changed, everything is the same as the previous few days," Andrews said. "I can't see any progress behind the scenes. No, he won't be involved in this game. We focus on players who are stable and have no persistent problems, and obviously Visa has problems at the moment. The team will remain basically the same."

When asked if I'm still confident that Visa will stay in Brentford after September 1, Andrews replied: "I still think so. The club wants to keep him, and I don't want to lose Visa, either as a player or as a person."
