Signings
Drapp
The English U21 player moved from Ipswich to Chelsea after performing well in the Premier League last season and scored his first goal for the Blues in FIFA Club World Cup victory over Tunisia.
Essugo
The Portuguese U21 midfielder is our first new player to sign this summer. He performed well during his loan spell in Spain's Las Palmas last season and eventually transferred from Sporting Lisbon to this point. His contract is valid until 2033.
Estewan
The 18-year-old will join the Blues before the 2025/26 season and last summer the two sides reached an agreement to take him to Stamford Bridge Stadium. Estewan is already a regular player of the Brazilian national team. He has represented Palmeiras in the Club World Cup and scored in the quarter-finals against Chelsea.
Gettens
The young England winger transferred from Dortmund to Chelsea on July 5 and signed a contract with the Blues that lasted until 2032. The 20-year-old has made more than 100 appearances in Germany and has accumulated extensive experience in the Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League and the Club World Cup.
João Pedro
The Brazilian striker moved from Brighton to Chelsea and immediately played a role in the Club World Cup, scoring two goals for us in the semi-finals and then again in the final to help us beat Paris Saint-Germain.
Kendry Paes, who turned 18 in May, transfers to Chelsea this summer. The teenager has made 18 appearances for the Ecuador national team and scored two goals, becoming the youngest goal-scoring player in the history of the World Cup qualifiers in South America.
Penders
The young goalkeeper announced his transfer from Henk to Chelsea in August last year, and he officially joined the Blues this summer.
Mamadu Sal
The French U20 defender performed well for Strasbourg in the French Ligue 1 last season, joined Chelsea this summer and signed a contract to 2033.
Kian Best
The junior defender signed a contract with Chelsea that expires in 2027. He joined Chelsea from Preston, and made his debut in the Championship at Preston at the age of 17. He is a member of the England U19 national team.
Extended
Ato Ampa
The 19-year-old winger has signed a new contract that will last until 2028. Ampa was the main player of our U21 youth team last season, and came on as a substitute against Astana to complete his debut as the Blues’ senior team.
Max Merrick
The young goalkeeper was selected for our UEFA roster last season and then loaned to Hampton Richmond in the second half of the season, accumulating rich first-team experience. He has signed a new three-year contract with the Blues.
Jimmy Torienen
The Finnish midfielder extends his contract with Chelsea to at least 2027. He has frequently played for our youth training academy over the past five years and has played twice for the first team.
Leaving the team
Amugu
The French U20 international finally returned to his homeland team, Strasbourg. He made his Premier League debut against Southampton in February and was selected for our Europa League finals.
Eddie Beach
The Welsh U21 international joined from Southampton in 2022 and was selected as the substitute in two Premier League games in the 2023/24 season. This summer, he moved to Scottish side Kilmarnock.
Bergstrom
The goalkeeper ended his six-year career with the Blues before joining Mallorca. In addition to frequently appearing on behalf of our youth team, Bergstrom has also been selected to the bench for our adult team many times, including last season's Europa League final victory over Real Betis.
Humphreys
In May this year, Humphreys joined Burnley on loan and officially completed a permanent transfer on July 1. Last season, he helped Burnley successfully advance to the Premier League. The goalkeeper has been loaned to Real Madrid and Bournemouth in the past two seasons and has transferred to Arsenal this summer after winning four major trophys with the team.
Maduaike
The winger officially transferred to Arsenal after two and a half seasons at Stamford Bridge. He scored 20 goals in 92 games and helped us win the UEFA UEFA UEFA UEFA Championship.
Petrovic
Petrovic
The goalkeeper moved to the Premier League rival Bournemouth after two years at Chelsea. He made 31 appearances in his first season here and was loaned to Strasbourg last season.
Luke Campbell
Campbell often plays for our U18 echelon and helps us win the 2023/24 U18 Premier League South Championship. At the end of June, he joined Nottingham Forest after his contract with Chelsea expired.
Bettinelli
The experienced goalkeeper joined Manchester City after playing for four years at Chelsea. During this period, he only played once for the first team, but played an important role in our 2025 English League and 2021 Club World Cup..
Zach Stegg
The young defender, who was loaned to Millwall last season, made five appearances in the Championship, and officially moved to Millwall this summer.
Marcel Washington
The under-18 defender left Chelsea after his scholarship contract this summer and signed with Arsenal.
