Jack Lusby wrote on social media: "Alisson will not participate in two friendly matches between Liverpool and Athletic Bilbao. During Japan's pre-season training camp, Alisson left the team to Brazil for personal affairs."
"So he will not participate in these two matches at Anfield tonight."
