I think FIFA should take action on such horrifying remarks now. Because these remarks not only violate the values of equality and respect defended by international football, but also represent a dangerous regression at a time when sports should be a role model rather than a shame.
When a player with global awareness suggests that women “should do housework” and blames our struggle to “eliminate masculinity”, it is not an opinion, but a stale, harmful and deeply rooted machismo. FIFA must punish this severely. The attitude must be firm. The position must be clear.
